Been a while since I last posted but figured I should put up some highlights from an awesome year.
The 2016/2017 winter in California was one of the wettest on record, surpassing the 1982/1983 El Nino rain totals in many parts of the state. All this precipitation made 2017 an epic year for snake hunting in CA, I tried my best to make the most of the conditions and stayed within state boundaries the entire year.

Thanks for sharing so many photos. Lots of good finds, and some interesting specimens. I especially like the Sierra mtn kings, the orange colored LA County rosy, and that one cool helleri with brown and greenish colors.
