Arizona advice

Post by dwakefield »

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping to make my first trip to Arizona this coming August. I've driven through the state before, but this will be my first time herping it. Since different states have their own regulations concerning wildlife, I wanted to reach out to you Arizona natives and find out what I need to know to herp Arizona. Please note, I'm not asking for locations. I'm simply asking what I need to do to be above board and legal. I simply want to observe, take some nice photos, and leave only foot prints. Someone I know said that a hunting license is required to legally herp in the state. If that's true, I plan to get one.

Thanks in advance for any and all advice!
