Very nice, indeed!

And how did you ever manage to spot it against the terrain? As beautiful as it is in hand, it looks to have been quite cryptically colored in situ.

I only saw it because it moved. In this locality there aren't many large rocks. So many of them are using Desert Iguana burrows. Most of the ones I see are dark.

Hmm, a blond chuck. lol I'd like to find a chuckwalla of any color!

looks very much like this one, the habitat description is also similar...climate change? ;)
