Matt just went through western Idaho picking off records in Gem, Boise, and Payette counties.
Thanks to the good work of Lawrence, Mark, Ryan, Becky, and Andy, www.naherp.com now has at least one record for almost every county in Idaho! That's amazing considering that Idaho was one of the least-filled states just a year ago.
These are the six counties still left for Idaho:
Bear Lake County
Boundary County
Clark County
Franklin County
Lemhi County
Minidoka County
Of course, just getting a record in a county isn't everything - it would be nice to fill out each one to reflect its true herpetological diversity. But at least one record everywhere is a nice visual start!

Yes it would be a great start to get every county and every herp in the state.
