Batrachoseps minor/nigriventris identification

I would appreciate some second opinions on whether this Batrachoseps is nigriventris or minor. It was found at a well known B. minor locality and at the time I found it I was certain it was nigriventris, but looking at it now I am unsure.

I know identifying juvenile batrachoseps is no easy task and my photos aren't flawless, but B. minor is frequently described as relatively distinct and easy to ID so I figure I'd give it a shot. Saying your degree of confidence is appreciated.

Just got confirmation from Dr. Sam Sweet that it is B. minor! Stoked to have gotten my lifer of one of the rarer batrachoseps.

Didn't even give me time to answer. I've never seen a minor, but those toes would have been HUGE for nigriventris. I've distinguished other slenders from nigriventris with less toe size difference than that, so I was decently confident in that one.
