That's up near the top of coolest-looking salamanders in the world right off the jump.

Thanks a ton for that link, Jonathan! Very cool narrative. It conveys a lot of the excitement, frustration, etc of just trying to get something complicated & important finished while the sands of your hourglass pour out.
For some time it was very tough and we both feared we’d have to tell our parents that after all of our effort and education, we were going to just go work at a bar.

Wow!! That is exciting stuff. Its too bad its December and I live in CT because all I want to do is go out in the field right now.
