Finally wrapped up Lampropeltis for Florida.

Post by Josh Young »

This past Saturday morning I finally turned up an Apalachicola lowlands kingsnake that wasn't DOR.

I have absolutely terrible luck with getula in the state north of Lake Okeechobee and openly joke about being getula repellent, but kinda believe I may actually be.

Maybe my repellent is starting to wear off though.

I've now found all the Lampropeltis in the state of Florida.

I just moved to a place off the Wakulla River, so hoping to get a rainbow within the next year while I'm here.
