Tadpole Visual Guide - Seeking Photo Contributions

Post by mtratcliffe » August 18th, 2016, 6:21 pm

I'm getting closer to making the visual guide of Tadpoles and Morphs of the East a stickied thread on the Southeast Chapter forum (http://www.fieldherpforum.com/forum/vie ... 11&t=22489). I had to delay work on this guide while I was deployed, but now that I'm back in action, I'm seeking more photo contributions to round out the rest of the guide. Specifically, I need clear egg, tadpole, and metamorph photos of the following species:

Acris crepitans (Northern/Eastern Cricket Frog)
Anaxyrus americanus (American Toad)
Anaxyrus fowleri (Fowler's Toad)
Anaxyrus quercicus (Oak Toad)
Hyla andersonii (Pine Barrens Treefrog)
Hyla avivoca (Bird-voiced Treefrog)
Gray Treefrog complex
Lithobates areolatus (Crawfish Frog)
Lithobates clamitans (Green Frog)
Lithobates heckscheri (River Frog)
Lithobates okaloosae (Florida Bog Frog)
Lithobates palustris (Pickerel Frog)
Lithobates pipiens (Northern Leopard Frog)
Lithobates virgatipes (Carpenter Frog)
Ollotis nebulifer (Gulf Coast Toad)
Pseudacris brimleyi (Brimley's Chorus Frog)
Pseudacris feriarum (Upland Chorus Frog)
Pseudacris kalmi (New Jersey Chorus Frog)
Pseudacris nigrita (Southern Chorus Frog)
Pseudacris ocularis (Little Grass Frog)
Rhinella marina (Cane Toad)

Please consider contributing to this guide if you have any photos of the above species, or any anuran species found in the Eastern United States. You will be given credit for each individual photo! I just ask that you be confident about the subject ID in each of your submissions as accuracy is paramount for this visual guide to be a success.

Thank you for your time and assistance!
