Nice. Glad you found a copperbelly. I have t seen one there in a few years and had been seeing them in numbers many years before that. I am hoping i have been unlucky or they are in higher numbers in areas i am not. Rather than the other option of there being less of them there now.

Ive only found that at that one pond I talked to you about on sunday. Im sure there are tons there. Just like i rarely see the banded water snakes but i know theya re there. THeres so much water there its really hard to find them.

That king is gorgeous. I've never seen one in Indiana, but I have in Illinois and Kentucky. This looks different than those. Great shot.

Both nice snakes. I remember blacks kings from southern OH when I lived there years ago. Southern IN is cool too. My grandfather lived near Evansville on a farm back in the day.
