Gray Treefrogs :)

Post by MattSullivan »

Gray treefrogs seem to be the only thing I can find right now (not that i'm complaining about finding them, b/c they are one of my fave frogs), so I figured I'd post a couple photos of some of the ones I've found. Found 7 juvies, and two adults this week. These shots are of the two adults, and one of the juvies.

1st adult (the more cooperative of the two)

And no, i didn't pose him for this next shot. He had crawled up my arm and onto my face, and when i tried getting him OFF my face, he took a flying leap at the tree, and caught this little piece of bark jutting out. I couldn't believe he had landed on such a good perch!

Good stuff. These guys are tied with barkers as my favorite treefrog.
