Nice post Matt, good to see you posting.
I'm w/ walkabout the Vine Snake is the bee's knees. I didn't know you and Shawn found a Heloderma, I'll bet that made him happy. And you guys got the Green Rat too! That's one animal I need to go back and find for a photograph.
Sweet photos, thanks for posting.

Matt,
Looks like you have had a top year for herps! That Scinax garbei is such an odd and interesting frog. Love the Caiman Lizard and hope to see one on some future trip to Madre Selva.
Regards,
David

Re: A few from 2012
Thanks everybody! It was a great year. I'm hoping to get some Peru posts up soon.
Dave, I love those too, they are always a treat to find. Some have that blue hue on them. We usually find 2 or 3 per trip.
Dell, Thanks! We actually found about a dozen horridum last year. We ended with 2 Senticolis. I don't think I'm going this year, doing a different trip, just across the water from there, but lets do it in 2014.
Terry, it was great seeing you last year a couple of times. Hopefully I will get to see you this year! Hope all is well.
David, I love the garbei, they are all different from each other. I can't wait for you to return to Madre Selva! BTW, your recent posts have been outstanding!

Re: A few from 2012
Weird, those are my favorites too!
Awesome stuff, Matt. No matter how common they are, Eastern Collareds (in some areas) are one of my absolute favorites.

btskanks, you are correct, that is why on my trips to Australia, I have to take a different approach to herping!
Jake, yeah, love those Collards! Thanks for the notes!
