Your photography is phenomenal. That shot with the frog in mid air is insane haha. Looks like you had a great year.

Your photography is breathtaking.
Your kids are adorable.
Tell me about the picture of the chooks on the goat...do they do that on their own?

Thanks Tamara, the chickens sit on that goat all the time. So do the baby goats. They stay off all the others.

How funny!
I think you should start a policy of including at least one chicken picture in every one of your posts.

Even though I knew I had seen all these before, I knew it would be worth it to go through em again. Just love it!

I don't know how I skipped over the box turtle and the shroom, but it's a Suillus pictus and a decent edible one.

Once again, awesome!

Wow, you really did get some extraordinary photos. I had a list of favorites but the list grew too long. The spoonbill photo is one of the few that makes them look really cute.

I have to say, I usually prefer the herps but that fox squirrell hanging out is the best photo I've seen in a while. Beautifull in situ shots of so much wildlife! Thanks for sharing!

Steve, At this point I can honestly say I'm a fan of your photography. The point of view in some of your shots make me feel like I'm right there. Again some of my favorites were non herp related. With the indigo and painted bunting shots and that roseate spoonbill shot topping my list.

Did that coachwhip that lives in your yard ever give you a chance to see it's entire body?

Wow, this was almost as much fun as a movie. Thanks for the visual feast.

I have never been to NC, especially appreciated the photos showing various seasons.

Ever so envious that you have abundant Anoles running around yards & fields. My Corn Snakes would love them.
