I decided to post some of what I've herped since about the middle of April through yesterday.
I know it's mostly the same species, but it's still fun to find.
Green frog doing what green frogs do
Basking
Juvenile Green Frog In situ...
When I looked closer I found this pickerel beside him
Rock flipped two garters. This one was bitey.
Went to Ohiopyle expecting to find something slithering but all I found was this American toad.
Has anybody on here had luck at Ohiopyle? I'm not in search of specific trails or anything, just, generally, I'm curious. I hiked from 6am -1:30p. There were a ton of inverts, snails, millipedes. Herp wise it was a bust.
There was this vista.
I'll end with a few salamanders and some snakes.
Thanks for looking

Nice photos. That vista is incredible!
