I saw this bird in '09 in Southern New Jersey. I was just curious as to what it was. Thanks guys.

^^ What he said. I'm hoping to bird the Joisey Shores in a couple weeks...got any spots to share?

best winter birding spot on the along the joisey shore is Barnegat Light State Park jetty. Tons of sea birds you never see in NJ anywhere else really, and only during the winter. Its really cold out on the jetty though so dress warm :thumb:

Yeah, that was my number one choice...I might also hit nearby Edwin Forsythe NWR. Thanks for the input ;)

Yeah, listen to Matt. I'm not a birder. I was just curious. I'll snap a pic while out herping if I get a clear shot of something, but that's about it.
