Red Crossbills

Post by pete »

We have been having an invasion year for both types of crossbills. While they seem to be very photogenic for most people, the little f*ckers have been skittish for me. I came home for lunch last week and a few reds were in the pine in my front yard.

If I get more or better shots of either species I will add to this.

I hate you.

Those stupid would-be lifers have been evading me all fall this year.
