Oh that's freakin' cool! I've seen several rat snakes at my place but never got to see one eating. It's always amazing to see wild snakes eating such large prey.

I'll add that being courteous toward LE doesn't mean surrendering your rights because they asked you to (or maybe even did a bit of bullying to persuade you to). Kelly there the skins would be useful for belts, bags, boots, watch bands, and even for backing primitive bows. I'm sure craftsmen that deal with skins could find other uses as well. That's just a few I could think of.

Merritt Island has a lot of Scrub Jays...shot at an EDB too (albeit they are not too common there) Yup MINWR the jays will land on your head. I've found an EDB out there too.
