I'm going to the northwest part of the state. My main target is Heterodon nasicus but I'm also hoping for some Crotes. My dad and I take a camping trip every year and instead of staying in state as usual we decided to get a little bit farther away for once.

cbernz-Yes, the Amphiuma is A. tridactylum and the other salamander is Aneides hardii, the Sacramento Mountain Salamander.

The shot of the Coachwhip in the tree is very cool! I've seen that many times with Racers, but have yet to experience it with a Coach. The sipedon does look worthy of wading, quite a stunning animal!
