Nice looking Slimy Sals. The easiest way to tell Slimy from Wehrle's is the hind feet. Wehrle's have more webbing on the back feet. The three desmog species that can be found in those two counties are Seals, Northern Dusky and Allegheny Mountain Dusky so I would say besides the Seal and Northerns the rest are Mountain Dusky sals. Where do you find out if a species has never been vouched for a county? Not a new county record for the database but never vouched in any other sources for a county. I came across this frog pic and it got me wondering again. Can anyone ID this? It doesnt look like any Pickerel frogs that I have seen. I am maybe thinking Northern Leopard frog.
