Yesterday a tanker crashed in the Sundarbans releasing 350,000 litres of oil into this majestic environment. We will now be focusing on documenting the effects of this oil spill on the Herpetofauna of the region for the last 3 days of the workshop. Come join us and help the wildlife of Bangladesh!

Terry - Yes those are 2 different poses of the same snake. My shots of the female aren't anything special so I didn't want to share them. And FYI muertensis is going to be sunk soon, it's been determined to not be as distinct as previously thought.

Squam8 - No there are no Ctenosaura near Kino, go 2 hours south the San Carlos and look around town off the main road and you'll find plenty on the walls.

CCarille - I shoot with a Nikon D7000 (Soon to be replaced with the D800) in a Subal housing with Sea&Sea ys-250 strobes. Underwater photography offers a whole new set of challenges but the rewards are well worth it. You just can't find the same colors on land!
