The highlight of last year for me was getting over to Bali, Flores, Rinca, and Komodo islands with my wife in late August. While much of the trip was spent enjoying ourselves we did dedicate quite a bit of time to experiencing the wonderful wildlife of the islands in addition to the amazing culture....

I work throughout the western United States. I'm based in Salt Lake City, but most of my work is in Wyoming, Idaho, Arizona, Oregon, California, some in Colorado, and a little in New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. Last year I also got into West Virginia and Virginia for one project.

Some really wonderful shots in there. Some of the salamander shots are my favorites, but your snakes shots are great too. Crazy luck on seeing that octopus.

Great photos as always. Those Malayan flying frogs look like giant glass frogs, beautiful. The ikea tape made me laugh. I do the same thing with them. They make for great field tapes.
