January 2023 Herping in the Southeast
Hey everyone, long time no post! One of my New Year's resolutions for 2023 was to focus more on my videos and writing, and hopefully waste less time scrolling on social media. So here I am, not exactly picking up where I left off. For the last 4 years (2023 will be my 5th), I have chronicled my fiel...

Fall 2015 (mostly Georgia and some Florida) (same as main)
Rushing this a little bit in interest of being able to post 2016 photos when they start flowing here soon, but due to being back in school Fall was spent mostly close to home with a few trips to Florida on the weekends. @mtratcliffe, Hiking out in the desert is much different than here if you've yet to do it. Very dry heat so you don't get exhausted as fast. White Sands was gorgeous, we didn't hike too far but climbing over those dunes can be really straining.

Kyle, I definitely want to spend some more time out that way!
Andy, the mountains A. hardii inhabit stay cool year round. We were there in late June and there was still snow up around where the Aneides are.

3 days until I'm off to attempt herping the west. I'll be staying south of Roswell NM, but anything in between Atlanta and Roswell is possibly fair game.
