Re: North American big cats
Just last month, I saw Cougars for my first time. I was driving home from a reservoir, some 5 miles from my home, when a lioness and her two cubs tried to cross in front of my car as I rounded a turn. As I slowed the car, the adult made it across the road, while the 2 juveniles retreated back to the...

Great topic Kelly! This is one that strikes a certain nerve with me, as I've had a knucklehead, a few years back, say "Photo, or it didn't happen." There's a lot of people that simply don't realize how much it cost to get film developed, or how a ten year old kid doesn't want to carry seve...

Hi Gary. Sorry for taking too long to get back to you. My computer went kaput, so I had to get a new one. If the San Jose find that you're referring to was submitted by Dr. Jeff, I found my Tantilla at the same South San Jose locale. Found several on one outing when I was in junior high, circa 1980i...

OP and everyone else in this thread are already familiar with Hoser and the controversy that surrounds his work. We down here in SoCal don't find anything intentionally. As we told you last week, when Jim looks for SG Slenders, he finds Rosy Boas, and when we look for Specks, we find Lyre Snakes.
