IMO it's pretty easy if that's what your looking for on the road. I guess there isn't much to say about looking for salamanders on the road except slow down and keep your eyes peeled! Good Luck!

It really isnt a big deal the snake was way out of range. It is pretty close to impossible chances that its a native. I don't believe special concern status affords an animal any special protection...special concern species can still be legally collected in MN.
