That second one sure looks like it has some version of HDR effect applied to the photo so perhaps that is where the strange coloring/abnormal contrast is coming from? The first pic is quite interesting though.....

While I am certainly no expert on zonata and cannot definitively say that caudal luring has never been witnessed or documented in the species, I have certainly never heard it described before. Zanfel is a product that I have had great luck with. It is fairly new to the market (only been out a few years). Might be hard to for you to use if the rash limited to your eyelids. If you have the rash elsewhere it is definitely worth the money.
