Your initial identification was correct - it is a patternless D. ebraccatus. The patternless color phase is not uncommon in some populations.
D. microcephalus never has the subocular light spot or uniform dorsal surfaces

almost...#4 is actually C. podiciferus, a highland version of C. bransfordii
