Wonderful post, make me want to return to Costa-Rica.
The rainbow katytid is a Arachnoscelis sp., I also saw them at Osa. Maybe a endemic species of the peninsula.

I believe that your Imantodes cenchoa from La Selva is actually a Dipsas, and your Imantodes cenchoa from the Osa looks a bit like Imantodes gemmistratus (but I'll let some other experts chime in on that).
