Jim, you have been talking about this for years and I still have not seen or heard anything to support your theory. What would make these crotes any different from the heleri or the oreganus? There is no genetic barrier so where does it start or stop? If any thing it is an interesting intergrade zon...

Missing ssp. In the naherp data base.
The ssp list in the drop down for batrechoseps is missing bramei and alta sierrae.
Re: Simatus
The two simatus recorxs from tulare county are actually bramei. I dont know why they were changed but we are missing a couple subspecies in the the data base. There is no Bramei or alta seirrae.
Simatus
I was out doing some gold panning after the rain yesterday up in the kern canyon when i found this little guy under a rock. Wasnt planning on seeing anything worth photographing so i didnt have my camera. This is the best i could do with my Cell. Batrechoseps Simatus http://i724.photobucket.com/albu...

Lmao, data collection is a choice, your welcome to enjoy nature as you wish, enter or dont enter. And this is kinda hard for me to believe coming from someone that collects everything he sees. Yeah yeah its for your lecture or whatever. Get off your high horse Jim, get out there and poach some herps.

Look up the light on Fenix website and it will tell you the run time. I change batteries about twice a season and i use it alot. I use a surefire when hiking in the daytime, they are good lights as well.

Most people here do not like to give out flash light specifics.
Jk i love my fenix tk 35 it works well for cruising or hiking and at 830 lumens it works as a spotlight too.
