I had quite a few lifers this year but this tiny, little, Smooth Earth Snake was my favorite photo. It's my first reptile photo Ive printed, framed and hung on the wall.

Sevierville borders the Smokies and its beautiful. I sometimes handle snakes briefly to get a photo or move them out of harms way. I do agree with an earlier post about certain species don't seem to be as bothered by being held as others.
