Thanks for your comments. The Thornscrub Hooknose was definitely a welcome find. I haven't seen one in Arizona yet, but was excited to find one in Mexico.

Thank you, it really was an awesome year. The Mexican Indigos were definitely impressive, the one in this post was just over 6ft and thick. The Puma was special for sure.

Thank you very much. It was awesome to find a Banded Gila Monster, and to find one in both states was awesome. I have found quite a few Reticulated Gilas down in Arizona so I was pumped to find a few outside of Arizona. haha I wish the Leaf-nosed was from Utah...

It's all good. Yeah that was the only day we were in Utah. We found the Gila about 3 hours earlier at a different spot before we saw you. Then probably 30 minutes after we saw you we found the two big kingsnakes just off the trail, near the beginning of the trail.
